Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. If you place your order by 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday, we typically ship it out the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday since our carriers don’t operate on weekends.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- West Coast: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.
- East Coast: Orders generally take 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
If your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with your local carrier. Sometimes packages end up at a neighbor's house or in an alternate mailbox. If you’re still having trouble finding it, please reach out to us at somanycompliments@gmail.com, and we’ll gladly assist you in opening a case with the carrier to help locate your package.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping by default. However, if you need something urgently, please email us at somanycompliments@gmail.com, and we can create a custom order for an overnight shipping label to help you get what you need as quickly as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We are delighted to ship to numerous countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your location, simply add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. The system will confirm whether your country is eligible for shipping.
